Although his greatest knowledge is within cheese and dairy, he has vast knowledge in imported items, cheeses, dairy, canned goods, and many specialty products. Ian helps manage our principals, deals with national brands and buying groups while helping manage distributors and calling on key accounts and local operators.
Has worked as a distributor and manufacturers representative, broker, and distributor buyer. Lenny understands what a buyer needs to make a program work and what it takes to not only sell products to distributors but to pull through products, too. Lenny calls on chain accounts, distributors, as well as having operator contacts of his own Lenny does a lot of ride-alongs with distributor sales reps.
As a Corporate R&D Chef Jayme works with chain accounts, operators, and distributors. Her product demonstrations & training, recipe & menu development, and distributor representative ride-alongs. makes Jayme an asset to her customers, by sharing her knowledge and understand of our products. She also sells to independent grocery and food markets across Southern California.
